Once you make it do Brical de Mar, head west until you hit water. This is the town where you met Professor Konstantinos for the second time earlier in your journey. Get back to land and continue heading south. When you get to the Work-in-Progress house, surf on the water nearby to find a standalone chest with 5 TemCard inside. Head south of Arissola and back into the Thalassian Cliffs. With all of that done, you can finally head to Turquesa knowing you haven’t missed anything. We'll get them later, at which point, we can return to explore the unreachable sliding areas. The nearby NPC will explain to you how Crystal Skates let you slide wherever you want but we don't have those yet. Slide left and then use the wall to slide up.
On your map, you should see the west of your is a sliding area. We've got just a bit more sliding to do before we're done here. Head back to the main opening of the cave. After defeating him, head left and open a chest for 3 Balm+. Head back to the ice sliding area we were in just before and this time, head south until you're tasked with fighting a tamer blocking your way. In the next area down the stairs, surf south to find a chest with two Smoke Bombs inside. There is a tamer blocking your way forward. Slide around and collect the chests before heading west and north into the next set of stairs. Head onto the red ice - we promise it's not magma. This time, head north to find a chest with one Revive inside. Now, hop down to the left and we're back to where we were at the start.
